I was extremely disappointed with the pedicure service. It was nowhere near the standard I would expect from a professional pedicure.

The products used were of very poor quality, and only a very small amount of scrub and moisturiser was applied, which gave the impression that they were trying to save as much product as possible. The whole experience felt very commercial and rushed rather than focused on providing a good customer experience.

The service itself was also poor. There was a significant language barrier, which made it difficult to communicate what I wanted, and the staff were unable to fully understand or accommodate my requests.

Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and would not consider it a satisfactory pedicure experience.
